Awful customer service!!!

Ordered a white helmet with photochromic lenses for my wife’s birthday.They sent a black helmet with tinted lenses.Contacted them through their support email 3 times and been ignored.Contacted them through PayPal and been ignored.Next step is to open proceedings against them with PayPal and ACCC. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES. You can’t contact them by phone because they’re based in China.
