Our Warranty Policy

 

ROCKBROS reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund will be issued. This can take 4-12 weeks to happen. 

Warranty Claims:

If have a claim for a warranty, then:  

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at support@rockbros.com.au 
  • Provide Information: Share proof of purchase, reason and order number
  • Review: Our team will review your reason for replacement. 

Warranty Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage from accidents or misuse 
  • Modification or alteration of accessories and parts
  • Normal wear and tear

Outcomes: 

Based on the reason for your warranty claim, we may offer one of the following: 

  • Replacement: We’ll exchange your item for another
  • Refund: If the item cannot be replaced ,we will refund you. 

Returns

If a return is required, you will have to pay for the shipping. You will receive shipping information upon contacting us. 

ROCKBROS Australia reserves the right to amend or modify this warranty policy at any period. Any changes to our policy will be effective immediately of our posting. 

Bicycle Warranty Policy

Original Components (e.g., brakes, shifters) 1 Year

Note: Wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, and chains are not covered by warranty.

Exclusions

The following items are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, chains, brake pads, cables, etc.)
  • Service, assembly, or repair by unauthorized personnel
  • Modifications from the original condition
  • Use in competitions, extreme riding, jumping, or purposes beyond intended design
  • Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the user manual
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, paint chips, fading, or discoloration
  • Labor charges for part replacement or assembly
