Warranty Policy
ROCKBROS products(excluding bikes) are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.

Note: Wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, and chains are not covered by warranty.
Warranty Assessment
ROCKBROS reserves the right to inspect and determine whether a product is faulty. All items submitted for warranty will undergo a product and quality assessment.
If a defect is confirmed, a replacement will be issued where stock is available. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you wish to make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us – Reach out to our support team at support@rockbros.com.au
- Provide Details – Include your proof of purchase, order number, and a clear description of the issue.
- Assessment – Our team will review your claim and advise on the next steps.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance
- Modifications or alterations to any parts or accessories
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage resulting from commercial or competitive use
Resolution Options
- Replacement – A new or equivalent product will be provided.
- Refund – If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Returns & Shipping
If a product return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return instructions and shipping details will be provided after contacting our support team.
Policy Amendments
ROCKBROS Australia reserves the right to amend or update this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.
Exclusions
The following items are not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear (tires, chains, brake pads, cables, etc.)
- Service, assembly, or repair by unauthorized personnel
- Modifications from the original condition
- Use in competitions, extreme riding, jumping, or purposes beyond the intended design
- Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the user manual
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, paint chips, fading, or discoloration
- Labor charges for part replacement or assembly
