What should I do if I need to change the shipping information after placing my order?

How many days will it take for my order to be shipped after placing it?
All orders received by 5 pm AEST will usually be dispatched the following business day. If an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, please note that dispatch will typically be the next working day. For tracked shipments, please allow 12 hours for tracking to begin.
Will I receive a notification when my order is shipped?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information, allowing you to check the shipping status of your order.
Can I choose the shipping date for my order?
You can leave a note during checkout indicating when you would like your order to be shipped, and we will process your order accordingly.
After Shipping
I received my order, but there is a problem with the product. What should I do?
You can contact us within 10 days of the original purchase date. Please reach out to our support team at support@rockbros.com.au or click here, providing your order number and pictures or videos of the damaged product. We will offer a free replacement.
I received my order, and the product is fine, but I don’t like it and want to return it. What should I do?
We accept returns within 14 days from the original purchase date. Please contact our support team at support@rockbros.com.au or click here to provide your order number and reason for the return. All items must be returned in brand new condition with their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
