Two-Day Dispatch
Orders received by 5 pm AEST will typically be dispatched within two business days. If an order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, dispatch will usually occur on the second working day. Please allow 12 hours for tracking information to become available for tracked shipments.
Australian Warehouse
Most products are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. However, depending on stock availability, your order might be shipped from our international warehouses in Germany, the U.S., Japan, or China. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to confirm the new delivery timing.

Economy Shipping
Economy Shipping is available Australia-wide for $10 on all small parcels (parts, accessories, and apparel).
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days via Australia Post tracked services.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available on all parts, accessories, and apparel orders for $15.
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
Bulky Items Shipping
For heavy or bulky products (over 3kg), a flat shipping fee of $25 applies Australia-wide, regardless of the shipping method or order value.
Shipping of Bikes
Kids Bikes
Australia-wide flat rate shipping is $49 for all kids' bikes.
Folding Bikes
Australia-wide flat rate shipping is $99 for all folding bikes.
Road Bikes and Mountain Bikes
Australia-wide flat rate shipping is $149 for all road bikes and mountain bikes.
E-Bikes
Australia-wide flat rate shipping is $200 for all electric bikes due to increased size and weight.
