ROCKBROS is committed to providing high-quality products and reliable customer service. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer warranty coverage for our products as outlined below.
A 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase covers ROCKBROS products (excluding bikes). This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when used as intended.
During the warranty period, ROCKBROS will repair or replace any product free of charge if it is damaged due to manufacturing or material defects. The warranty coverage includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:
Please note that the warranty does not cover the following situations:
A. Warranty Coverage
Frame: 5-year warranty (excluding full-suspension/softtail frames).
Decals and paint finish: 1-year warranty.
Drivetrain, suspension forks and rear shocks: Covered according to the respective warranty policies of the component manufacturers.
General components: For rigid forks, handlebars, stems, saddles, seat posts, cranksets, cassettes, pedals, bottom brackets, brake levers, brake calipers, rims, hubs, rim tapes, kickstands, racks, and fenders, we provide free repair service within 1 year from the date of purchase.
B. Exclusions (Wear Parts)
The following parts are considered wear items and are excluded from the general component warranty:
Tires, Inner tubes, Spokes, Spoke nipples, Chains, Brake pads (rim/disc), Brake shoes, Brake rotors, Bells, Handlebar grips, Handlebar tape, Reflectors, Cargo straps, etc.
C. Important Notes
No Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications, replacement with incompatible components, or improper disassembly/assembly performed without explicit authorization from or service by an authorized dealer will void the warranty. In such cases, the ROCKBROS customer service obligation will be terminated, and ROCKBROS will not be liable for any accidents or damages resulting from such actions.
Intended Use: Using the product in ways clearly outside its intended purpose will also void the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to: Off-road use with road bikes, Carrying passengers or overloading carbon frames, Racing with folding bikes. ROCKBROS assumes no responsibility for damages or accidents arising from such use.
Care and Maintenance: Damage or malfunction caused by negligence or improper care (for example, drivetrain corrosion from long-term outdoor storage in harsh weather) is not covered under the free warranty. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge reasonable repair and material costs. Thank you for your understanding.
