General Store Information

If your order has been damaged or you're unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange your item at no extra cost. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of the original purchase. Please contact us via email at support@rockbros.com.au with your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in the condition you received them. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us within 10 days of your purchase to initiate an exchange.
