ROCKBROS Bike Lock Smart Fingerprint Key MTB Motor Key USB Repetitive Power Portable

After some effort, an IOS app (in English!) is identified: TT Lock. It works well, as I suppose the Android one would. The lock itself is really easy to use, feels very well built (like most RB products) and the variety of ways to lock/unlock fills most imaginable possibilities! I like the simple practical things, so I like that the shackle is not ‘handed’, i.e. it fits on either way, and that if you store it unlocked (i.e. don’t relock it), all you have to do is push the shackle onto the U bar and it locks automatically, taking real advantage of the promise of ‘keyless simplicity’ - which alone saves heaps of frustration (and time) by not needing to access a physical key. The only issue I can think of is wet fingers/wet sensor; not a deal breaker given a large sensor door and the probability of being able to wipe your finger somewhere!
I wrote the critical review earlier on. RB Australia customer support stayed on the job and diligently dealt with my problems. Buy with confidence, this is now my preferred lock.

Great lock for Chinese speakers/readers, pretty useless to anyone else. Just like Rockbros Australia, who still haven’t replied to my request to return this for refund.
