Helmet good, online shopping process frustrating

Purchased a helmet online on 20 January which was in stock. Followed up on purchase about a fortnight later and advised it was no longer in stock. Selected this helmet as it was in stock. Followed up again and told it was out of stock and would come from their international store. I followed up this purchase a number of times. Grateful for the free upgrade and the refund of postage, also for the offer to cancel the order. Also grateful for the timely responses but seriously to have 2 helmets in stock and then not was annoying. I selected a helmet that I liked and was in stock so I could have it within a fortnight instead my helmet arrived 13 March. The helmet seems good but the process was timely and frustrating

Smart, comfortable could benefit from wider strap and better (easier) rear light fixing system. Four star rating as so few of us are perfect!
