Received order but main item missing

Spoke with sales and was promised twice they would send it out, still nothing. Seems like a lottery for receiving what you ordered. Quality was as expected for the price. I would just use Amazon in the future if I want to order something from them. Not that I probably will.

Winter cycling shoe covers

I've found the RockBros covers well made, light weight and completely water proof. I'm happy to recommend them for winter cycling.

After wearing cycling boot covers for 4 days, the Velcro straps on the underneath have detached.
