I have given one star less. Product is good but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Order part delivered (I ordered 3 items but received 1). Had to chase up and threaten going to Consumer Affairs Victoria if I did not get this resolved. Lack of immediate response and communication. Very poor - Phone is never answered and vmail box is full so unable to leave vmail message! Eventually got an email response and received missing 2 items only after threatening them with complaint to consumer affairs. It's all about the consumer experience, not the product. Hence deducting a star. Purchase from them with caution.
