I have a 20 inch wheel bike and these rack are meant for a larger bike. However I found a workaround. Attach side spokes to the rear holes instead of middle. Now this will mean you can put the saddle bag attachment on, which I can live without. Works great and is very stable.

Easy to install (about 10-15 mins) & very solid on the bike. I also purchased an EziDo animal basket thru Temu and together, the perfect solution for carrying my 8kg Moodle on my eMTB. Note that the rack is rated to carry around 25kg I think. One of the best features is the ease of removing the rack if I want to go mountain biking without my dog. Just 3 easy clips to twist and loosen & it’s off! Very happy with the setup
I took the fitted rack offroad and declare that it is well made. I'll need to adjust it a few times until it fits my panniers a bit better but overall very happy with it.
I’ve emailed you repeatedly asking for instructions in how to put together this bag of struts, bolts, nuts and washers you’ve sent me but you have not responded.
Arrived with a scratch on the top. Not a good start and frustrating. However installing was a breeze, fits perfectly and even holds my ortlieb panniers perfectly. For the price this is a bargain! Strong, sturdy and looks good.

Easy to install- had seen reviews of the clasp rubbing inside of the leg, which I also was worried about, but did not bother me - used for a overnight trip after 2 full days riding with this pack I was very happy with product- delivery was quick and effortless
The rack works well generally and can carry a fair load. However a major issue is that the clamp onto the seatpost is too wide and it interferes with the rider when pedalling. My thighs constantly comes into contact with it and over long distances can be very uncomfortable. Its a real shame but it is coming off my bike.
Seems well made for the price. I need to make adjustments as my frame is not suitable for the extension arms. I’d love to have the option to buy the extra extension required at purchase time.

The rack itself is great - once you figure it out!
No instructions in package and no customer service, no contact phone.
I was able to assemble the rack once I found photos on the website which are in German.
Came in original package from the factory in China.
While the rack is good quality I’m not likely to buy from this online only store in the future.
The bike carrier is simple to fit. Slightly clearer instructions would make it even easier ( eg reflector needs to fitted earlier). Supplied small open end spanners 10 mm end to large for the nuts
I purchased the Rockbros Bicycle Rack on line and it arrived quickly and was exactly as it was advertised. Great price, good quality. I cannot fault. I fitted it to my MTB in about 10mins. I also purchased the bag for the rack. Highly recommend.
