The service from Rocks brothers has been excellent. Sent me an replacement very quickly and the replaced socks are working just fine.
I would highly recommend the products from this company.
It took 4 weeks to get the socks.
They will fit Shrek feet.
Oh the batteries they sent in the box don’t match with the sock port. How am I suppose to contact when the seller, no contact details.
For those of you who know Woodend Victoria, these socks smash the frosty morning rides out of the park! Cannot recommend them enough for those who suffer from cold toes and feet!

I wanted these for 40 yo daughter who suffers severely with cold feet during winter especially at the children’s sports. I found Rockbros and was able to speak to store that didn’t have the in stock but got me to purchase online and they arrived 14 days later(with batteries haha). More importantly they work perfectly, they warm up quickly and adjustable 4 temperatures works well. I have a happy warm daughter. The other important thing was the communication, there was a hiccup at customs in regard to the batteries and held up delivery by a couple of days but Rockbros emailed straight away to inform me of the delay. Great job Rockbros👍
